Salah satu video yang biasanya menjadi trend di YouTube adalah video tutorial. Pada dasarnya apa yang kita lihat pada sebuah video tutorial merupakan aplikasi dari procedure text.
Procedure text sendiri memiliki beragam jenis sendiri, ada yang menjelaskan cara membuat atau memasak sesuatu, ada pula yang menjelaskan tentang bagaimana cara mengoperasikan sebuah alat, atau yang lebih kita kenal dengan istilah manuals text.
Artikel ini tidak akan membahas tentang procedure text itu sendiri. Karena materi tersebut sudah pernah dibahas tuntas pada postingan sebelumnya.
Procedure text dan manuals text biasanya diperlajari di kelas XI lalu diulangi kembali di kelas XII. Meskipun sebenarnya procedure text dan manuals juga sudah diperkenalkan di SMP kelas VIII san kelas IX.
Sebagai pelengkap dari pembahasan materi procedure text tersebut, kita akan tutup dengan soal latihan.

2 chicken breasts

Tonkatsu sauce
Steps:
First, we butterfly cut the chicken fillet to make the surface larger and even thickness. We just slice the meat through the middle horizontally and open up to make it thinner.
Place a plastic on the surface and flatten even further using a meat mallet.
If the meat is too big, cut each fillet into half and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the meat to season.
Now we are going to bread the meat coat the surface with the flour; first we're using all-purpose flour and dip it in the egg.
Then cover with panko breadcrumb.
Heat the frying oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius and deep-fry the meat. You can use a deep fryer or use a skillet with a few inches of frying oil and turning once or twice and fry the chicken until the color turns golden brown and the meat floats in the oil about five to eight minutes.
Set the meat on a cooling rack for a minute and cut if you like, so that it's easy to pick up using chopsticks.
Serve with shredded cabbage on the side and drizzle tonkatsu sauce if you like or you can just squeeze lemon juice over the meat.

For Milk Tea You will need;
2 Cups Water
2 Pcs Tea Bag
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
Steps:
1. Prepare boiling water
2. Pour in your tapioca pearl
3. cook it for 10-12 minutes
4. water the tapioca pearl with ice to cool it down, then drain the tapioca pearls
5. Boil the brown sugar, cook in medium heat for about 10-13 minutes or until it thicken then set it to low heat.
6. Add in tapioca pearls, cook it for another 2 minutes, after it thickens turn off heat, let it cool for about 10 minutes.
7. Prepare a bowl and put the tapioca pearls on it, set it aside and let it cool completely.
Milk tea
1. Boil the water, add in tea leaves, boil it for about 2-3 minutes.
2. Add in whole milk.
3. Add in evaporated milk, let it simmer for 2 minutes then turn off the heat.
4. Use cheesecloth to drain the milk tea.
5. Serve it while it's hot or put it inside the fridge to make it cold.
Set a cup and spread the tapioca pearls around the cup.
Slowly pour in the milk tea.
It's ready to serve.
